Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Inviraj (the “Service”), a digital invoicing platform for creating, checking and filing sales invoices to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and PRAL. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Inviraj sends invoice data you enter to FBR’s systems when you instruct it to, and records FBR’s response including the Invoice Reference Number (IRN). FBR is the filing authority. Acceptance and rejection of a filing are FBR’s decisions and not ours. The sandbox environment is for testing and nothing filed there is a real filing.
2. Accounts
One account corresponds to one seller and one NTN. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. If you file for other companies, that is done through an agency account, and each company is linked to it by an administrator.
3. Your data and your filings
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data you submit and for your own compliance with tax law. You authorise us to store your FBR credentials in encrypted form and to use them to send filings you initiate. An invoice that has been filed is a legal record and cannot be edited; corrections are made by filing a debit note, subject to FBR’s rules.
4. Plans, billing and payment
- Plans are billed per calendar month, matching the sales tax period.
- Annual billing is ten months’ price for twelve months’ service.
- There is no setup fee on any plan.
- Prices exclude provincial sales tax on services, which is charged at the applicable rate.
- Payment is by bank transfer, confirmed by an administrator. There is no card payment and no self-serve upgrade.
- Each plan has a monthly production filing limit. A small buffer above the limit is allowed, after which production filing pauses until the plan is raised. Accounts are not upgraded automatically.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to file false or fraudulent invoices, to get around plan limits or access controls, or to disrupt the Service or FBR’s systems. You may not access another account’s data. We may report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for outages, changes or errors originating in FBR’s systems. Where FBR’s response to a filing is unresolved, the Service records it as unresolved and puts it on your reconcile list.
7. Suspension and lapse
If a subscription lapses there is a seven-day grace period during which filing continues, with a warning shown in the app. After that, filing to production stops. Reading your records, downloading PDFs, reports and exports continue to work, because those are your own legal records. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms.
8. Records and retention
Your invoices and their filed records stay available to you while your account is open. The Service does not currently delete or purge data automatically. Do not rely on the Service as your only archive of statutory records.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for tax, penalties or interest arising from data you submitted or from FBR’s own systems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
